If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used or damaged.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned item.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained for any return so order is not rejected at our facility upon arrival. Please call and ask for our After Sales Department for further assistance.

Return policy

An order can be returned up to 30 days after you receive the shipment. Returns must be authorized before being sent (call customer service), and they can only be accepted with the original packaging, with all items in working condition, and any accessories included. Any item with customization or tailoring cannot be returned.

Items with customization or tailoring cannot be exchanged.

Returning a customized or tailored item

All tailored or customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Missing items from order

In the event that there are items missing from your order, please call our customer service immediately to receive assistance. Please keep all packaging and receipts which came with the order.

Refund processing time

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process at major banks.
