PURCHASING RESTRICTED ITEMS FROM UNIFORM WAREHOUSE

Some items are restricted for purchase to law enforcement or security personnel and require identification to be purchased.

You may continue your order and choose from the following options to continue:

1) Email or fax a copy of your department-issued ID card

2) Provide a letter of authorization  from your department that confirms your employment, signed by a supervisor

3) Have the item shipped to your department or agency

Orders received without proper proof of employment on file will be delayed and not shipped out until that information is provided to us. We will attempt to contact you for this required information if this information is not provided to us at the time of purchase. Batons

California: Batons sold in California can only be shipped to a valid government agency, military, or security company address or require proof of occupation with any of the following credentials: California Security Guard Card, California Baton Permit or Certificate, or Public Safety Identification Card.
