COVID-19 Response

 

We continue to ship from our warehouse, including to areas under shelter-in-place orders. Our customer service team is ready and available to answer questions and take orders. Our stock orders are being processed normally and will ship via standard shipping only. Currently there is no expedited shipping available.

 

Since we support law enforcement, security, and government agencies, we are an essential business and are not subject to shelter-in-place orders. We will remain open throughout these uncertain times to support our customers.

 

Due to shelter-in-place restrictions, shipping carriers may not be able to deliver to your commercial or business location. We recommend providing a residential address if possible when placing your order.

 

As this unprecedented health challenge continues to unfold, we have made a few changes:
- To follow social distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we are offering in store pickup for local customers and limiting the number of customers in our store at any one time.
- A small number of products we sell are in very high demand. We are working closely with our suppliers to restock inventory, but expect the availability of some items to be impacted as first responders are prioritized.
- The majority of products we sell are ready to ship from stock. If you encounter a product that is not available, please contact our customer service team. They can suggest alternatives and work with our suppliers to improve delivery.

 

We will continue to adapt our operations as new COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) guidance is shared from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other government agencies.
